What counts as medical transportation?
We transport clients to doctor appointments, specialist visits, dialysis, physical therapy, lab work, pharmacy pickups, and any other health-related errand. Our drivers assist with boarding and can accompany the client inside the facility.
Does LTN Transportation accept insurance?
Yes — we accept insurance in addition to private pay. We'll help you verify your specific coverage. Many VA programs and Medicaid waivers also cover non-emergency medical transportation.
Do you offer same-day or urgent transportation?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Contact us directly at (402) 393-2525 and we'll confirm availability as quickly as possible.
What items does your courier service deliver?
Our courier service handles documents, prescriptions, medical supplies, personal items, and light packages within the Omaha metro and surrounding service area. For large or specialty items, please call us to discuss.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes. We offer wheelchair-accessible transportation with ramps and secure wheelchair tie-downs. When scheduling, simply let us know your accessibility needs and we will dispatch the appropriate vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur a fee: $25 for weekday trips, $30 for weekend/off-hours, and $35 for holidays. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients.
